Our Company refurbishes beautiful Tuscan farmhouses, dividing them into apartments with private gardens. Our refurbishments are high quality ones and we always respect the Tuscan tradition. The ceilings are made of wooden beams and Cotto bricks, same material used for the flooring and each apartment has a fireplace with an ancient woody beam on it. The apartments also have a private garden and the Farmhouses are always enriched by a beautiful parkland, a gate made of wrought iron with stones pillars, a car-parking and, of course, a beautiful swimming-pool with gazebo.

We take care of every detail, joining together the comfort of modern materials (earthquake-proof structure, sound insulation...) and the enchanting Tuscan tradition.

In order to help our Clients, we make drawings and we suggest how using the space for furniture, we give information about facilities of the area and we create a team for the future maintenance and administration of the property.
