Farmhouse renovation
The Tuscan rustic farmhouses strongly characterize the landscape of the Tuscan countryside, this is why our renovations aim not to alter the original appearance but rather to enhance the architectural elements by respecting the tradition. The buildings to be renovated are subject to a careful design planning in order to obtain homes with every comfort and quality finish, preserving all the charm of the original proportions and materials.
The renovation aims to enhance the external appearance of the farmhouse, with the typical stone walls and mortar, external stairs and porticoes. Internally, we do our best to preserve the old structures as the massive wooden beams, lintels and stone parapets.
We pay great attention to details and we carefully select traditional materials such as paving slabs of stone and cotto and rustic style plaster for the walls, all this without forgetting the modern aspects of seismic safety and soundproofing.
Each apartment has a magnificent fireplace with antique wooden beams, private garden. Properties are always equipped with parking, a beautyful swimming pool with a stone paved gazebo and are surrounded by a common parkland.
