Tuscany is a wonderful region, famous all over the world for its green hills, for the breathtaking views, for its art cities and for the excellent food and wine.
Whoever spent a holiday in this region immediately fell in love with it and desired to come back to see this beautiful place again.
Whoever visited Tuscany surely, once at least, took a photo of those beautiful farmhouses you can see from the road, immersed in a unique landscape, thinking: “How beautiful owning a house there would be!”.
Who doesn’t dream having a farmhouse in Tuscany, taking care of his own garden and looking at it while it changes its colours according to the seasons, having lunch in the shade of his bower looking at the hills as far as the eye can see, spending the hot summer afternoons having a bathe in his swimming-pool and then having dinner in world famous towns (Volterra, san Gimignano…)?
This often is an unrealized dream for the fear of the high prices of this famous Italian region, sometimes you don’t even venture to ask the price for an apartment inside a farmhouse.
The reality is that our prices are absolutely affordable and, together with the apartment, you also become owner of a beautiful private garden, a share of the common park, of the swimming-pool and of the whole property.
The apartments we have now for sale are inside three beautiful farmhouses: Torricchi, Le Ripe, La Casetta.

Castelfalfi
Le Ripe is few kilometres from Castelfalfi, place chosen as background for the Benigni movie “Pinocchio” and as location for an Italian reality show called “La fattoria” (: “The farmhouse”).
This little town is also the place where the “Toscana Resort Castelfalfi” is going to be built: a beautiful project which plans to double the already existing golf course (from 18 to 36 holes) and to build tennis courts, a spa and other turist attractions of high level.
“Le Ripe” Farmhouse
Le Ripe is en enchanting farmhouse which has a beautiful panorama on the Tuscan hills. It’s 30 minutes only from Pisa and 15 minutes from the highway to Florence. The rebuilding works finished in July 2008 and some apartments are still available.
Le Ripe is the typical tuscan farmhouse, made of 3 buildings, refurbished with taste and divided into 10 prestigious apartments with private garden, independent entrance and fireplace.
Volterra
Volterra has been a renowned tourists destination for many years and recently it has been visited by even more persons looking for the places where the final of the second book (“New Moon”) of “Twilight” saga has been set, the famous book of the writer Stephenie Meyer and the even more famous film based on the book.
“New Moon” is not the first famous film set in this attractive Tuscan town: also Luchino Visconti (a famous Italian director) in 1965 chose to shoot here “Vaghe stelle dell’Orsa”, movie in which the main character, Claudia Cardinale, went back to her hometown (Volterra), discovering places and memories of her childhood.
“Torricchi” farmhouse
Torricchi is in the province of Florence and he is only 20 minutes far from San Gimignano, town renowned for its famous towers; from this farmhouse you can also enjoy a beautiful view of Volterra.
Torricchi farmhouse offers an enchanting view of the classic Tuscan countryside and of the famous medieval town of Volterra.
The farmhouse is made of 3 ancient stone buildings, perfectly renovated, divided into 13 luxury apartments with private garden, independent entrance, fireplace and the property is enriched by a beautiful parkland and a swimming pool offering a breathtaking view of Volterra.

La Casetta is a beautiful independent farmhouse made of stones, sourrounded by a private garden of 6.000 square metres.
The location of this farmhouse and its view on Volterra are wonderful.
La Casetta is few kilometres far from the centre of Volterra and you can easily reach this property through an asphalted road..
