Le Ripe Farmhouse is made of three rustic houses, divided into apartments of various sizes: all the apartments have a big living area and 2 or 3 bedrooms, with 1 or 2 bathrooms (furniture are not included).
Each apartment, also the ones on the first floor, has a private garden with a stone area for garden furniture, where you will have wonderful lunches, looking at the amazing Tuscan hills.
Most of the apartments have been sold and Le Ripe is a very "international" farmhouse: buying a house here also means, if you wish, spending your time with new interesting neighbours, coming from all over Europe.
You would enjoy the privacy of your private garden, but you will also have the pleasure of meeting your neighbours and maybe have with them a good glass of italian wine near the swimming-pool!
You will have persons taking care of the maintenance of the farmhouse and an administrator for bureaucratic things: you will only have to enjoy yourself, looking at the amazing Tuscan hills and relaxing under the warmth of the Tuscan sun.

Three-room apartment, made of living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, placed on the first floor of the main building of the Farmhouse. An outside cotto stair leads to the private garden, where you can enjoy an amazing view of the Tuscan hills. A gravel path leads to the pool and to the main gate of the farmhouse.
Apartment 8:
Four-room apartment, made of living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, utility room and an outside understairs space, placed on the ground floor of the main building of the Farmhouse. This beautiful apartment has two private gardens, reachable using the french-windows of the livingroom and of the bedrooms. A gravel path leads to the pool and to the main gate of the farmhouse.

Four-room apartment, made of living-room kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms with one bathroom on the first floor, inside cotto stair, placed in the second building of the Farmhouse, enjoys an amazing view of Toiano town. The big private garden is all around the ground floor. A gravel path leads to the pool and to the main gate of the farmhouse.

Four-room apartment (just alike apt.9, but with a bigger garden), made of living-room kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms with one bathroom on the first floor, inside cotto stair, placed in the second building of the Farmhouse, enjoys an amazing view of the swimming-pool.
